Item described as Vivitar, but came as Digital Concepts. Explanation that it was the same company. Both of these names appear under Sakar Intn'l an electronics conglomerate. Specs and operation appear to be same. Accompanying paperwork explained exceptions to usage on the digital lens and digital cameras. Mine was not specifically listed as an exception, but, to use the Canon EF 28-135 IS zoom on my T2i, w/the extender, I had to use the MF mode. I made sure to be at 50mm or above on the zoom, but still had to use MF. Not a major problem since I got it to use mostly at infinity. Prices on the item vary considerably from the suppliers, so suggest shopping the item diligently.
