It is hot quick, towels ready in 20 mins or less. Looks really nice, does not leak on my table top like some do. I haven't had it for long so not able to comment on quality in that aspect.So far, I'd call it a good buy for the price. Size is perfect with 2 racks, first 2 times it smelled hot, but now it has no odor. I would order another if I needed one. Recommend this product.
