This is a well-built unit, no complaints. We mounted it low and the control switch is at the bottom, requiring a little bending every time. The bigger issue, like others have said, this is not a towel dryer, just a warmer. If I turn it on just before taking a shower, there is very little warmth in the towel. Using this requires some pre-planning to get the benefits of a nice warm towel. We are not in a cold climate and always in a hurry so it seldom gets used.I wasn't looking for that fresh out of the dryer warmth, but it would have been nice. However, with this towel warmer, it does keep them warm. While it still is a little warm and sunny outside, I noticed that in the morning, it is still a little chilly and does help when it comes to keeping me warm, especially on a cold, tile floor. This was really easy to setup and install. It did come with everything needed to install too, except for towels. I found that how warm the towel gets kind of depends on the thickness. I have some not so thick towels and some very fluffy and thick towels. I noticed the decent ones, similar to beach towels, those do get nice and toasty. However, some of my thicker towels, they get warm but not as warm as my other ones. I have also noticed that when I put a wet head or regular towel on this, it seems to dry them a lot faster. Will definitely come in handy during the cold winter months.This is fine. I’m ok with it but it’s not as warm as I’d hoped.This was a Christmas gift but, it arrived on front porch with full size picture and description on both sides of box. So much for a Christmas surprise. Wife loves it !They powder coated nuts, bolts are junk, i had to run a dye over bolts and tap the nuts to remove powder coat. Bottom line if you do not have metric tap and dye it will be tuff assembly.This was perfect for our new bathroom... however, we had expected to heat our bathroom with it.... doesn't warm up enough.Although this towel rack works great once install, I have to admit that a LOT of measuring had to be done because no pattern diagram was included. This would’ve cut the installation time in half and would’ve made it so much easier, especially when you have to drill pilot holes in a marble wall…. just sayin’.
