Overall, the towel holders are very nice and modern looking. True matte black. My only con is the hardware and mounting system it comes with is terrible and cheap. We mounted the toilet paper holder and small towel hook and with the included mounting system and with one use they didn’t hold and wrecked our wall. Buy a good, sturdy mounting system separately and safe yourself the headache.We purchased these for our new home that was just built. The finish guys installed them. They install a lot of bathroom accessories. While they said they were really nice looking, the hand towel bar was really hard to install to their satisfaction. It can't take much or it twists down. Just can't get it to hold tight. Also, the toilet paper holder came upside down. The set screws only allow installation one way, so once installed, the knob that is supposed to be up to prevent the roll from slipping off is pointed down. Therefore, our roll keeps falling off the holder. So while they look nice, the hand towel bar isn't great. If I could get a new toilet paper holder, I would be more satisfied. They do look nice and no complaints so far about the rest of the setReally nice sleek design. Install is pretty simple. Had to fight with the set screws some, but that was not a big deal. Getting 4 matching hooks and racks for $60 is a good buyIt looks like it would be really nice quality. But....I gave it 2 less stars because I ordered brushed nickel and I received black....TWICE. Still trying to work that out. Hope I can get nickel or I won’t be able to use this brand.These seem to have excellent intital quality. I have just installed them so no long term results yet. They are very nice, came packed very well, and are easy to install. Hand towel is reversible. The toilet paper roll holder is NOT!! Due to the tang that protrudes to hold the roll on.These are gorgeous. Very high quality metal. I bought them for two bathrooms and I returned one set because I wanted a slightly different look in the second bathroom and I’m sorry I did. The set I subsequently ordered is nowhere near the quality of these.I will update my review upon their installation but this set is decently weighted and absolutely beautiful. I ordered the chrome and it is absolutely stunning. Even better than the pictures!The anchors that were provided were cheap and the fixed metal attachment bracket was difficult to mount. The small Allen screws were very difficult to secure. In addition, there were black metal flakes inside several of the pieces which stained my tile.This set is beautiful, heavy and was very easy to install. Bought two of them. I have friends who are now also going to order after seeing my set.The product is solid, shipping arrived in a few days!These are terrible to install and once installed they are always looseGreat!
