The product works as advertised. I was surprise the end cap fell off already. I have had the cabling com out of the tube end yet. Since it get hot, I am not sure how I would correct that issue.Liked it, but then it stopped working.Easily fits two full-size towels and maintains excellent warmth. Keeps towels dry and warm. Much higher quality than similar items in this price range and easy to assemble. Wish the cord was a couple of feet longer for better placement...Dry towels become warm to the touch. It also makes it feel less humid in my central LA bathroom. If you have issues with humidity, like warm towels, and/or need a rack to dry damp clothes try this oneThis towel warmer gets hot! So if you read other reviews that it doesn't, their's must have been broken.Never smelly towels again, and it helps with drying some smaller laundry items that I wash in the apartment with my portable washer. The feeling of drying yourself with a warm towel is just so luxurious - never going back! Great little investment that I certainly do not regret.Works great. If you like the towels warmer, us it with two towels, with the "primary" towel on a lower rack, and the secondary towel on the top, over the first one. This makes the lower towel warmer - it will still dry, but the outer towel will trap the heat.My one regret was that I didn't notice that this model was white -- it looked like brushed nickel in the picture, but the description does say white lacquer. I just missed it. Doesn't look bad, just not what I expected.Well, all the other reviews proved to be correct. I was hoping they were exaggerated but it’s true this product will barely get your towel warm even after leaving one towel on it wrapped around all of the heat bars for 5 hours it’s still barely warm. It’s not terrible product, but trust me you’ll want to spend the extra 30 bucks and buy a better one with higher watts. It’s definitely not worth the money. If someone was using it strictly to help dry their clothes quicker, then maybe I could see why you’d want to buy it. Assembly was easy, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.It was shipped promptly, but had no instructions for use. The package had been opened before. I emailed the company about that and got no response. The appliance its self looks good, does not take up much room. I was disappointed that the towels do not get warmer than they do, but, I bought a low cost item and suppose that is the reason. Over all, I like it and use daily.We have a similar towel warmer that has lasted about 12 years or so! This one seems to work just the same and just as well. It is very warm to the touch, just like our other one. It does a great job drying our bath and pool towels overnight (or about 8 hours), which is just what we need. We don't put delicates to dry directly on it as I believe it is too warm for those. We put a hand towel down first for delicate fabrics, such as bathing suits and trunks. Overall we love the towel warmer! Ours was delivered on time, in good condition and we had no issues. The seller contacted us to insure that we are happy also.
